I spend a fair amount of time thinking about critical thinking.  It seems to me that many of us, as the most advanced species on this planet, never develop the best advantage we will ever have to succeed.  We repeatedly fail at tasks, fail at relationships, and even injure ourselves because we just don't take the time to think things through.  It is for this reason that I posted a white paper in the members section of this website from Pearson Education titled "Critical Thinking Means Business: Learn to Apply and Develop the NEW #1 Workplace Skill.  I found this to be a neatly packaged lesson in teaching critical thinking skills that can be applied to a technician as well as a shop/dealership owner.  It is the type of nugget I hope each of you will be willing to share as we flex the power of our new information sharing website.
